A customer question.
A considered answer.
Bring the request, the records and the reply into one place. Follow four customer enquiries to see what can be prepared—and when a person needs to step in.
Open an order sheet. Check shipping. Find the policy. Write the reply.
Relevant records sit beside a prepared response. Your team checks, edits and decides.
Prepare an answer from the records.
The customer message and reference records are ready. Prepare the reply to check whether they support an answer.

What you are using
Alder & Field and its records are illustrative. Deterministic rules compare the order and fulfillment records, check their age and completeness, and prepare a template response. There is no live AI inference or business-system connection. “Mark ready to send” records a reviewed draft; “Prepare handoff” records the reason and note. Neither sends a message.
What a connected version needs
Agreed access to order and shipping systems, identity verification, clear exception owners and delivery permissions. Review notes and decisions would need durable storage. Any AI interpretation would be evaluated separately before taking action.
Inspect the records behind this response
The sample clock is 15 October 2026 at 12:00 UTC. Records must be within a 48-hour freshness threshold.
Inspect the decision record
Prepare a reply to create its decision record.

Run the 26 behavior checks
Predefined cases cover ordinary requests, missing and conflicting information, and approval controls.
Expected behavior is defined before the checks run.
| Case | Expected | Observed | Result |

These checks cover the implemented rules and review controls. They do not measure customer outcomes or AI performance.
